Candle body is short with a longer lower shadow followed by strong buying pressure to end the session on a higher close.<\/p>\n<p>Upward trend must be confirmed with increased trading volume &amp; watching it for a few days.<\/p>\n<hr width=\"&quot;100%\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Three White Soldiers<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7528\" src=\"https:\/\/theministerofcapitalism.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/3-white-soldiers.gif\" alt=\"Three White Soldiers Candlestick Pattern\" width=\"450\" height=\"493\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The three white soldiers show up after a downtrend or consolidation<\/p>\n<p>This pattern consists of three long bullish candles: Each of them close higher on each of the next three trading days. The each open higher than the previous open &amp; close near high of the day.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr width=\"&quot;100%\" \/>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Piercing Line<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7524\" src=\"https:\/\/theministerofcapitalism.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/piercing-line.gif\" alt=\"piercing line candlestick pattern\" width=\"450\" height=\"493\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is a two candle reversal pattern that shows up in downtrends. The bullish candle follows a bearish one &amp; opens lower than previous close. Buying pressure pushes price up halfway or more (preferably 2\/3) into body of the bearish candle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr width=\"&quot;100%\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Morning Star<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7526\" src=\"https:\/\/theministerofcapitalism.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/morning-star.gif\" alt=\"the morning star candlestick pattern\" width=\"450\" height=\"493\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is a three candle pattern. The first candle is a long bearish candlestick. The second is a smaller candlestick with a short body &amp; long wicks. The third is a tall bullish candlestick.<\/p>\n<p>The middle candle shows market indecision where the bears give way to the bulls. The third candle confirms the reversal &amp; marks a new uptrend.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr width=\"&quot;100%\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">The Inverted Hammer<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7530\" src=\"https:\/\/theministerofcapitalism.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/inverted-hammer.gif\" alt=\"inverted hammer pattern\" width=\"450\" height=\"493\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Found after a downtrend &amp; is seen as a trend reversal signal. The inverted hammer looks like an upside down version of the hammer candlestick pattern.<\/p>\n<hr width=\"&quot;100%\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">The Bullish Harami<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7532\" src=\"https:\/\/theministerofcapitalism.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/bullish-harami.gif\" alt=\"bullish harami pattern\" width=\"450\" height=\"493\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Shows near a support level after after a large bearish candle. The second candle is a smaller bullish candle (usually a spinning top) that shows up completely inside the previous days body.<\/p>\n<hr width=\"&quot;100%\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">One White Soldier<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7534\" src=\"https:\/\/theministerofcapitalism.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/one-white-soldier.gif\" alt=\"one white soldier\" width=\"450\" height=\"493\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This pattern shows up after a bearish stock swing &amp; happens near a support level after after a large black candle.
