Alaska Glacial Mud Net Worth

Alaska Glacial Mud Net Worth is going to be tough to figure out as it’s a privately held company and isn’t required to publish and financial reports (unlike a publicly listed company that is traded on the stock market).

The company makes all-natural mud masks to be used as a natural exfoliating product.

The company’s founder, Lauren Padawer, says she discovered this miracle mud while exploring the Copper River in Alaska as she experienced the incredible natural beauty of the water, mountains and local wildlife.

She says that she went for a swim in one of the clear glacial pools after stopping for lunch and sank up to her ankles in mud.

This gave her the idea of applying the mud to her whole body like someone would if they were visiting a spa.

After washing the mud off later, she found that her skin was refreshed and glowing.

Alaska Glacial Mud first burst onto the scene in 2014 when its owner and founder, Lauren Padawer, appeared on the poplar venture capitalist/entrepreneur show “Shark Tank.”

While Padawer was able to give Kevin O’Leary a “glacial facial”, unfortunately none of the Sharks were interested.

But that hasn’t stopped Padawer.

She’s continued on with the company and has added other products to their product line such as the Handcrafted Exfoliating Mineral Soap Bar in addition to a full line of accessories and tools.

In addition to selling on Amazon which you can see here but the Alaska Glacial Mud Co. has also expanded their sales distribution by selling directly through a number of different spas, who often use their products as full body exfoliants for their visitors.

They also sell directly online through their web shop that you can find here.

The Product

The product is centered around the glacial mud that is deposited by the Copper River in Alaska.

The glacial mud is naturally formed as glaciers slowly grind over the Alaskan mountain range, combining numerous natural minerals in a unique formula when combined with water.

These minerals are captured in the glacial mud in the Copper River and is then sustainably harvested to produce the product.

By using a naturally sourced product like this, they are able to capitalize on the natural elements found in the mud without having to first purify and strip the product of it’s essential elements (like to many other products have to).

Lauren has studied both biology and mineralogy and has sought additional collaboration to develop the final product in such a way as to develop a stable “shelf ready” product in addition to ensuring the product itself is all-natural and yet backed by science.

The company is focused on providing an all-natural product that is completely recyclable and fully biodegradable.

Their products do not make use of any animal testing procedures, not does it use any man-made colors, fillers, fragrances or parabens.

Every product is pH-balanced, allergy free and is fully vetted by laboratory testing.
